About
the Community Endorsed Fair Employer Scheme
The Community Endorsed Fair Employer Scheme has been
established to provide an opportunity for employers
who respect workers rights to reach out to the community.
Whilst some businesses are sponsoring WorkChoices in
a bid to cut labour costs, many employers feel uncomfortable
about the attack on workers rights.
